Code Red Part 2

I went into a mess at work just like I thought. There were four filler heads waiting for me on my table. The filler cylinder that was taken off as I was leaving was waiting also. There were also seven charging heads waiting for me. By the time I left it was all done. It took me almost all day to clean the glue off the filler cylinder before I could rebuild it.

Code Red Part 1

Today at work I was real busy. As I was rebuilding the things left from night shift day shift stated bringing me things. Filler heads to be exact.

A filler head is pictured above.

As soon as I got one filler head done they were bringing me another one. I was trying to rebuild the charging heads from the purger while all this was going on. I did get the charging heads done before I left but they had taken a filler cylinder off the line and put on my table right as I was leaving. Also there was a propellant booster blowing air. So my work is already waiting for me.

Does God Care..............

Does God care who we vote for?

Does God care if we roll through a stop sign?

Does God care if we take a few extra minutes at break at work?

Does God care where we work?

Does God care if we smoke?

Does God care if we go to Church?

DoesGod care what music we listen to?

Does God care what kind of car we drive?

Does God care where we live?

DoesGod care what kind of house we live in?

Does God care what movies we watch?

Does God care if we read the Bible everyday?

Does God care what we eat?

Does God care if we cuss?

Does God care if we yell at the waitress or waiter?

Does God care if we are rude?

30 Hour Famine and More

This years 30 Hour Famine was the hardest for me. I had a headache from Thursday night at the volleyball game until I ate at 6 PM on Friday in spite of the fact I took Ibuprofen. I think it was the hardest because I was at work for part of the 30 Hour Famine. I enjoyed my meal last night very much to break the fast. Here is a fact that I learned last night at the 30 Hour Famine. Americans spend more than 61 BILLION (that is BILLION with a B not million) on soft drinks every year. I also learned about the LRA Lord's Resistance Army. Here is what Wikipedia says about the LRA. The Lord's Resistance Army (LRA),[1] formed in 1987, is a terrorist paramilitary group operating mainly in northern Uganda and parts of Sudan. The group is engaged in an armed rebellion against the Ugandan government in what is now one of Africa's longest-running conflicts. It is led by Joseph Kony, who proclaims himself a spirit medium, and apparently wishes to establish a state based on his unique interpretation of the Acholi religious syncretism and Premillennialism. The LRA is accused of widespread human rights violations, including mutilation, torture, rape, the abduction of civilians, the use of child soldiers and a number of massacres.
War violence experienced by abductees.
Witnessed a killing 78%
Tied or locked up 68%
Received a severe beating 63%
Forced to steal or destroy property 58%
Forced to abuse dead bodies 23%
Forced to attack a stranger 22%
Forced to kill a stranger 20%
Forced to kill an opposing soldier in battle 15%
Forced to attack a family member or friend 14%
Forced to kill a family member or friend 8% ( One boy was forced to kill his own mother we learned in last night.)

I watch the news and read a lot of news and had not heard anything about the terrible things going on. Why are we not sending troups to these peoples aid?

In volleyball action we won three games (the set) and then lost three games (the set). I think that this was the first set that we have won this season.

Can't Think

I had a post all planed out in my head at work but the lack of food has caused me not to think too well. I have had a headache since last night at volleyball. I am going to be able to eat in two hours and twenty-five minuets. I can not wait. I am also looking forward to the soda that I will be drinking.

Lent

For Lent I will be giving up talk radio. That would be KMOX 1120 and 97.1. I wake up to it , drive to work to it, drive home to it and anytime I am driving I have it on. I even sometimes go to sleep to it. I thought that this could maybe lower my blood pressure. Also I will listen to some Christian music during this time. Are you giving anything up for Lent? If so post it in comments please.

I am not Catholic but thought that I would try to give something up for Lent.
