Too Many Irons In The Fire
I run sound at church. For the most part it's not too bad of a job. The last two weeks I have had a conflict in my schedule. You see I also work or I guess I should say help with our students / youth. We are short on help due to one of the members taking a job that he has to work Sundays now. Tonight we had our youth Christmas party it was a backwards progressive dinner. I have been looking forward to this since I heard that we would be doing this. But tonight I had to leave so I could run sound. I was to the point one day last week that I was going to have my name taken from the list so that there would not been another conflict. I have since changed my mind about that becaues that seems childish. I just wish we had more people to help so that it is not a burden on just a few. I needed to vent again so that is it for now.
On a brighter note I am only working two days this week.
On another note this is my 86th consecutive day to blog. I have to admit that the 40 days entries helped a bunch. I thought that today that it was coming to an end but it did not. It will sometime because I know that sometime I will away from my computer or I will have nothing to blog about.

You can always blog about not having anything to blog about :) I too think that many times I have way too many "volunteer" irons in the fire.
