As I was walking in to pay for my gas that I had just pumped. I happened to noticed something odd on the dash of the car parked in front of the gas station. It was a bag phone. I thought that they had quit making them. This was an old bag phone. I did do a google search on bag phones and found out that they still make them. Thay are 3 watt so they will work when your handheld will not. The website that I found when I googled it also said that it could be used for data access while in remote places. It only operates in analog mode and is mainly used for cellular communication over very long distances from the cell tower. I thought analog was on the way out. I guess not.
